Sausages and rapinis

INGREDIENTS

(For 4 people)

1) 4 Sausage

2) 1 kilo of Don Vincenzo broccoli

3) 1 chili pepper

4) Water as required

5) Don Vincenzo extra virgin olive oil as needed

6) Friarielli sautéed Don Vincenzo

7) 1 clove of garlic

8) 125 g Don Vincenzo white wine

Method

It is necessary to skip the entire process of preparing the friarielli as Don Vincenzo's friarielli are already cooked according to the classic Neapolitan recipe. However consider only the sausages. Place them in a pan with a little water and cook them for about 10 minutes. Allow the water to evaporate and shortly after pour in the white wine and a drizzle of oil. Cook the sausages until golden brown. Brown the sausages properly, add Don Vincenzo's ready-made broccoli, put the pan back on the heat and let them flavor for five minutes.

The dish is ready to be served. It is recommended to taste it hot.
