My answer is narrated through the story of my story, where I had an excellent guide, a serious man with healthy principles of a spirit of sacrifice and a long vision of work and life, my dear father who represented for me the value of the culinary art and cultivation of fruit and vegetables.
My experience, lived life without relevant qualifications but made entirely of life practice, can show you the birth of the products of our land, the secrets and skills in sowing, cultivating and harvesting the products that arrive on your tables from our lands .
I was born and raised at the foot of Vesuvius by generations of farmers, under the watchful guidance of my dear father, where together with him I had the opportunity to experience the history of the products of our land, taking care of the sowing, cultivation and harvesting.
It is precisely through the same love for the land that day after day teased me to take a step forward and to become a guarantor of the quality that I was going to bring to consumers' tables.
With dad's help I began to see things differently and we began not only to collect the product, but also to market it, and in our small way we began to reach the end customer so that with word of mouth the first congratulations began to arrive from those who through one's palate appreciated the genuine flavor of Campania delicacies
With the premature death of my father I had to experience a double trauma. I found myself at the young age of 27 with an immense loss, in addition to my point of reference in life, at the same time I lost my teacher who founded in me the pillars that led me to be who I am, leaving a void unbridgeable.
Following my serious bereavement, and always carrying his suggestions with me, then as now, I began to be a direct seller of my customers, learning to know their habits and needs, thus achieving the joy of their palate and consequently the gratitude in my heart and in my mind.
From there I had the intuition to go against the current, my concept was to stand out from the crowd. Even if the world is constantly evolving, food would never have abandoned the traditions of Mediterranean cuisine, with its ancient and timeless flavors it would have been an icon of my land.
I wanted to give life to a brand and reach consumers' tables with first choice products checked and selected by me on the basis of precise characteristics, taking into account the sowing, the sun exposure, the fertilizations used and the few essential treatments carried out, from the method of irrigation carried out, from the test tubes extracted to check the maturation phase of the product, focusing exclusively on quality.
Here is the birth of my project "Don Vincenzo", a brand created, idealized and designed and followed personally by me. My image as a brand demonstrates that behind all this great project there is the true story of who is there.
And here I am, aware of the great responsibility I have taken on in this new project, knowing that bringing an excellent product to consumers' tables requires consistency, perseverance, dedication, passion and love for the profession, to put it briefly, I created a slogan
