Neapolitan-style scallops

INGREDIENTS

(For 4 people)

1) 600 g of veal (slices)

2) 80 g of butter

3) 2 tablespoons of Don Vincenzo extra virgin olive oil

4) 50 g of capers

5) flour as needed

6) 1 sprig of parsley

7) rises just enough

8) Water as required

9) Pepper as needed

Method

Heat the oil and butter in a saucepan, in the meantime flour the meat and immerse it in the saucepan. Add the capers, salt, pepper and a few tablespoons of water and cook over a low heat. Finally plate and add a little parsley. The dish is ready to be served or tasted.
