Spaghetti with chilli taralli

INGREDIENTS

(For 4 people)

1) 50 g of sliced ​​almonds

2) 400 g of Don Vincenzo spaghetti

3) clove of garlic

4) small spicy chili pepper

5) 200 ml of Don Vincenzo extra virgin olive oil

6) pinch of salt

7) 50 g of Don Vincenzo chilli pepper flavored taralli

Method

Place a pan full of water on the heat, bring it to the boil and add salt. Dip the spaghetti and cook for about 10 minutes. In the meantime, add the garlic and a small chilli pepper to a rather large pan and fry everything. Once the garlic and chilli have been sautéed, remove them from the pan, let the oil cool and add a handful of crumbled tarallo and the almonds. One minute before the spaghetti is finished cooking, turn the heat back on under the pan and immerse the drained pasta, pan-fry it, adding 2/3 tablespoons of the pasta cooking water and the rest of the crumbled tarallo. Serve with a sprinkling of almond flakes. The dish is ready to be tasted.
