The history of Sorrento sauce has its roots in Mediterranean cuisine, where these ingredients were abundantly available and used in the preparation of food. The combination of these ingredients gave rise to a unique and intense flavour, which has evolved into one of the most beloved dishes in Italian cuisine. Over time, this dish has become very popular and has given rise to many regional variations. Our sauce with tomato, peppers, olives and capers is made with quality ingredients and faithfully following the original recipe to offer an authentic and intense flavor in every spoonful.

Tomato, peppers, black olives, extra virgin olive oil, capers, basil, garlic, onion, salt.

To be consumed preferably within 24 months from the production date
Conservation methods
Store in a cool, dry place, do not expose to sunlight. After opening, store in the fridge and consume within a week.
Method of use
Heat in a saucepan until hot, before stirring in the pasta. The entire jar is recommended for 3/4 people.
