Arrabbiata sauce has origins in Italian cuisine, where the word "arrabbiata" refers to the spiciness of the sauce. Legend has it that this recipe was created by a chef who, on a day of particular stress, decided to express his frustration in preparing the sauce, adding a significant amount of chilli pepper to give a touch of "angryness". Our Arrabbiata sauce is prepared according to the traditional recipe to feel all the flavor of Italy in a single taste. To be tasted with our Gragnano penne rigate.
Ingredients
Diced tomato, extra virgin olive oil, salt, garlic, chilli pepper, parsley.

To be consumed preferably within 24 months from the production date
Conservation methods
Store in a cool, dry place, do not expose to sunlight. After opening, store in the fridge and consume within a week.
Method of use
Heat in a saucepan until hot, before stirring in the pasta. The entire jar is recommended for 3/4 people.
